Legendary Actor Kader Khan Passed away
This new year brings a very sad news for all Bollywood as well as for the country. Legendary actor, comedian, writer Kader Khan passed away at 6:00pm on the last day of the year. He has been admitted to the hospital for last 16 weeks in Canada. He was 81 years old. His son told PTI that he passes away due to prolonged illness. He further said that he was slipped in comma in afternoon. He confirmed that all his rites will held in Canada only.
Born in Kabul, Afghanistan on October 22, Kader Khan was beast known for his work as an actor and a writer in numerous films. He has worked with directors like Manmohan Desai and Prakash Mehra. He has featured in over 300 films.
Rumors of his death
Last year, unconfirmed media reports stated that Kader Khan had been moved to Canada for medical treatment. However, later, Fauzia Arshi, director of his last film Hogaya Dimaagh Ka Dahi, told news agency IANS: "He (Kader Khan) has been in Canada since three to four months. He is alright. He is in Canada because his elder son stays there, so he is with him. There's nothing like was he rushed to Canada or anything of that nature. Everything is fine."

His first attempt at comedy was with Himmatwala and Aaj Ka Daur.He started doing main comedy roles from 1989 onwards, with films like Sikka, Kishen Kanhaiya, Hum, Ghar Parivaar, Bol Radha Bol and continued through the ninities with comedy roles in Aankhen, Taqdeerwala, Main Khiladi Tu Anari, Dulhe Raja, Coolie No.1, Saajan Chale Sasural, Sooryavamsham, Judaai, Aunty No.1 and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Raja Babu, Khudaar, Chote Sarkar, Judaai, Aunty No. 1, Gharwali Baharwali, Hero Hindustani, Sirf Tum, Anari No.1. Even in early 2000s he attempted versatile roles with films like Akhiyon Se Goli Maare, Chalo Ishq Ladaaye, Suno Sasurjee, Yeh Hai Jalwa and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi.
